Terri Williams
Terri is the Director of Blue Ruby Enterprises Limited and has a strong business background with over 10 years experience of delivering training and consultancy in the South West region. Terri has extensive project management experience and expertise and has held the Regional Lead position in a number of high profile National quality improvement projects working with LSIS, the Learning and Skills Network and the LSC.
Terri has held a number of senior management roles in workbased learning and the Further Education sector and specialises in the delivery of Teacher Training and Skills for Life and Functional Skills. Terri also delivers Leadership and Management training and qualifications.
Annmarie Higgins
Annmarie has worked in the Adult Education sector for over 10 years and has worked regionally and Nationally on a number of high profile training programmes for LSIS, NIACE and the LSC.
Annmarie is a qualified, well respected and well known, Numeracy specialist. Annmarie also delivers Professonal Trainer, Food Safety and Health and Safety qualifications.
Annmarie has more recently provided consultancy and training support to a diverse range of workbased learning providers in the South West region, improving the quality of their workplace Skills for Life and Functional Skills provision.
Diane Rawlings
Diane has worked in Adult Education for approximately 30 years, specialising in Skills for Life, Health and Social Care and Teacher Training.
Diane has a Level 5 specialist qualification in both Literacy and Numeracy and has had management roles within Offender Learning, Further Education and Adult and Community Learning. Over the last ten years Diane has also provided support for providers across the South West under QIA and LSIS programmes including Skills for Life, Foundation Learning, 14-19 Diplomas and Functional Skills.
Graham Cook
Graham has over 20 years experience of working in Further Education and the Adult and Community Sector.
Graham is a well respected Literacy specialist delivering training, teacher training and more focussed learner support in this area.
Graham has held management roles in both Further Education and Adult and Community Learning, supporting and delivering high quality Skills for Life and Functional skills provision.
More recently Graham has worked in collaboration with the Blue Ruby Team on the LSIS National Skills for Life improvement programme.
Gwen Blake
Gwen has over 25 years experience of working in the educational sector, specifically Skills for Life. Gwen has also worked extensively with LLUK on the development of teacher training qualifications.
Gwen has held a management role in Further Education and has, over the last 5 years guided and supported organisations and staff to improve the quality of their Skills for Life provision under QIA and LSIS quality improvement programmes.
Gwen has a strong background in Literacy and Teacher Training and has both developed and delivered specialistTeacher Trainingcourses working closely with Further Education, Universities and workbase learning organisations and staff.
